What You Should Know About Our Pet Cremation Process
Thank you for considering Clock Timeless Pets for your pet cremation needs. What sets us apart from other pet loss centers and cremation providers along Michigan’s Lakeshore is our unwavering belief that pets deserve the same dignity and respect as humans at the time of their passing.
We exclusively offer private cremations for pet parents who wish to have their pet’s remains returned. A true private cremation means only one pet is placed in the cremation chamber at a time — anything else is essentially a communal cremation. We only provide communal cremations when families choose not to have remains returned.
In Michigan, there are no formal regulations for the handling of deceased pets — a surprising and concerning fact. That’s why our care team has adopted strict, self-imposed standards that mirror the ethical practices used for human care. We also follow the guidelines of the Pet Loss Professionals Alliance (PLPA), where we are proud to be a charter member.
Our founder, Jodi M. Clock, is a Certified Pet Loss Professional (CPLP) and is also certified in Pet Loss and Grief Companioning, ensuring compassionate and professional care for every beloved pet.

A private pet cremation is defined as one (1) pet in the pet cremation chamber until the process is completed. Anything else is NOT considered private! There are two pet cremation choices to select from:
